This application is provided "As-Is" by Kenny Acock, from the Mediashout support forum:
http://www.mediashout.com/support/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2566

Kenny has created an application that allows you to use a Wii remote (aka "Wiimote") as a presentation remote. When you press a Wiimote button, keystrokes, as assigned by you, are sent to the keyboard buffer, just as other presentation remotes do.

Wiimotes are BlueTooth devices. You'll need to connect to them using your BlueTooth software. This has been tested with BlueSoleil, but some people have reported success with others, as well. For info about how to do this, visit: http://www.wiili.org/index.php/How_To:_BlueSoleil

This was created based on a library created by Brian Peek, which I modified to allow the use of multiple Wiimotes. To get the original version of the dll, created by Brian Peek, visit http://www.brianpeek.com/blog/ . There is a Visual Basic.Net (2005) version, and a C#.Net version, also 2005.

The modified version is packaged in the source code zip file.

This is offered as-is with no support. It will require the .Net framework version 3.0 to use. Brief instructions are provided in the zip file. I can also make the source code (Visual Basic.Net 2008) available, as well.
