INSTALLATION: 1.Unzip Songsheet.zip into a folder . 2.In Word, click Tools->Macro->Security and set to "Medium". In Word 2007, click to enable the macro. 3.Easy Installation - Double-click on the extracted SongSheet_Installer.doc file depending upon which version of Word you are running this will copy the correct file – this document contains a macro that installs Songsheet.dot(m) and Songsheet.ini into your Word startup folder. You may see a message box indicating that this document contains a macro. If so, click on “Enable Macros”. After that, just follow prompts to install Songsheet in your Word startup folder. Once Songsheet is installed in your Word startup folder, the next time you start Word, you will see a “Create SongSheet” button and an “Edit Settings” button. If you do not see the buttons, then click View->Toolbars and the click to put a check-mark next to "MediaShout" . The buttons should then appear. To reposition the button, Hover the mouse over the left edge of the "Create Songsheet" button until you see the cursor change to a "drag" 4-way arrow, left click and drag the buttons to the toolbar location of your choice, release the left button - Word will "remember" this position each time it starts up. If you are running Vista and the "Create Songsheet" button doesn't appear the next time you start WOrd, you may need to click Tools->"Templates & Add-Ins"->Add and then locate Songsheet.dot or Songsheet.dotm at C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP and click "OK". RUNNING THE PROGRAM: Start Word. The “Edit Settings” button allows you to configure how you want SongSheet to format your printout and which types of cues to include in the printout. You can also set your default .ssc file folder here, so that the "Create SongSheet" will always open up your default folder. The "Create SongSheet" button will open up a file browser window. Navigate to your .ssc file folder and click on a .ssc file to convert it into a songsheet. !!! NOTE: READ THE INFORMATION IN SONGSHEET.DOT FOR MORE DETAILS!!!! TO UNINSTALL THE MACRO: Run the included Songsheet_Uninstaller.doc by double-clicking on it, and following the prompts. If you wish to manually Uninstall the Macro –Simply remove the files from the Word Startup Folder.
